Just a quick post to give you this gratitude printable. Print one for the week or one each day and start your gratitude practice. Gratitude is the key to happiness, I am sure of it.
Write out what you are grateful for, then list a complaint you have about something in the box on the right. Below that box, try to re-write your thought and make the negative situation a positive. For example, change “I hate my job” to “I am grateful for an income”.
You can right click and save the image, then print.
