Fear Energy

If there is a silver lining at all to the 2016 American Election Cycle is that we have very visible proof of what what happens when an entire nation is frozen in fear.  Both sides of the election made the entire thing about which side we needed to fear more.  And the fear-mongering continues on still.

 Are there times in life when we are afraid and should be afraid?  Yes! Absolutely.  Fear can save our lives. The problem comes when we get stuck there – when we can’t let it go.  Fear energy is low vibrational and is on the negative end of the emotional spectrum.  Fear vibrates around 100 on a scale of 1000.  When you are living at the level of fear you live with constant concern of threats, you blame others, you act out of hate, instead of love.  You are unable to be happy when you are camped at this level.

I am known for posting about politics on my private Facebook profile.  My political ideology is the opposite of most of my family.  I even get in to heated debates. Yes, it is possible to be spiritual AND involved in the world around you.  I, too, have some fears for America.  BUT – I don’t stay camped out in that area.  When I share my thoughts on news that causes me some fear on a FB post, I do so with the intention of only sharing facts and ways to take action on a situation.  I may be vibrating lower than I would like sometimes. Afterwards,  I make sure to get my vibrations back up to a level that allows me to be happy and to access my intuition and the spirit realm.  And often I go back and delete posts that I put out there that give off fear or hate energy.

Be mindful of your thoughts.  Fear is the path to the dark side.  Fear leads to anger.  Anger leads to hate.  Hate leads to suffering.   -Yoda

Here are some ways you can raise your vibration out of fear:

  1. Clear your Chakras
  2. Recite some positive affirmations
  3. Meditate
  4. Practice Yoga or Qi Gong
  5. Make a gratitude list
  6. Do a kindness for someone who can’t give back to you
  7. Drink some herbal tea or inhale some uplifting essential oil essence
  8. Dance like no one is watching
  9. Sing like no one is listening
  10. Smile at others
  11. Eat something good for you that is heaven to your taste buds
  12. Take a walk in nature

 

Whatever you do, don’t stay camped out at the level of fear.  Strive to live in the light.
