Balance

I’ve been working so hard the past couple months both studying and sharing holistic wellness and metaphysics.  I love what I am doing now and I know that this is my purpose because THIS is all I want to do!

That being said – I’ve let some other priorities slide.  My house is a mess.  My body is a mess.  My poor hubby is being very kind about the fact that I ignore him.

It seems while I have been straightening up my energetic side and getting my mind, emotions, Chakras and metaphysical health in line I have left my physical health and life collect dust.

And it’s okay.  It happens to all of us.  Once we recognize the unbalance, we can refocus and spend time where we need to.  This is true in all aspects of our lives.

So, if this is going on for you as well, have no worries.  Correct your course and get back in balance.  Spend some time balancing your Chakras, meditate to get some answers about how to balance your priorities, and remember to do your self-care routine – you can’t pour from an empty cup!
